Dear Sir (Lady?),
I am sorry for your link having been deleted. But I am not allowed to accept or to do myself any marketing for my book. Even to say it’s name, will blame me with a penalty up to 250000 Euro. That the forbidden book is now to be found as a file on a provider somewhere in the (cybernetic) world, is completely against my will. So I have to join first my attorney then my editor with this. Please be so kind not to post anything about a link like this one anymore in my weblog.
I was very frightened just now, when reading your comment. And I am very angry on someone who have handled against any authorization in this way. I even do not know, who of them, to whom I may have sent a file of this work long before publishing may it have sent on to someone else. This cannot be seen in another way than as an abuse. It is a pure offence against international copyright.
